9th June 2025: DPC made further investigations and established that two gates along this bridleway, the incident gate and another one, failed the standards for such gates and requested the Environment Agency to replace both gates as soon as possible.

4th June 2025: DPC wrote to the Environment Agency and Bucks Council about the incident, advising that the incident gate was not built to the standards set for such bridleway gates and had dangerous furniture on the gate. DPC requested that the gate be replaced by the Environment Agency as soon as possible:

31 May 2025: A serious incident occurred at one of the horse/pedestrian gates on this bridleway (which runs from Dorney Common to the Jubilee River through Manor Farm), when a loose dog spooked a horse and the horse rider was thrown from her horse whilst passing through the gate, badly lacerating her leg on a dangerous exposed latch on the gate. The gate is owned by the Environment Agency.
